Project 7 : IBU Construction (Part 2), 0900-1200, 27th September 2010

This time I need to fix the PVC connector into the bamboo end. Since one of my bamboo strut is too thin and its diameter is slightly bigger than the connector, so the only way to overcome this problem is to get a new bamboo because if connector is heated at the one end, the connector will become very thin after fix into the bamboo.

This time i bring along connector to bamboo site

All the bamboo seem cannot fit the connector

All bamboo have become very messy

Hard to find a nice bamboo a..........

Producing the connector .

Make the line that will save the time of Pakcik who help us to cut the curve line.

From this project, I have gained

Intention : To build BIG doom
Action : Trying hard to find suitable bamboo and fix the connectors into the bamboo end
Product : Bamboo struct with length 220.7cm from the both bolt hole of connectors
People : BIG member
Principle : Order, rules and instruction from Mr WanB and the pakcik who help us to cut the curve line of connector
Place : Site where we put the bamboo and Dataran Merah which is near bengkel
